Something unusual that happened today

Yo people of the earth! Today something abnormal happened. It happened so fast, that I do not even remember the important details. So heres how I remember it....

A sbs(or a smrt, I forgot)bus was bringing me on the ECP(or TPE) to my next destination, the underpass. The bus was jammed pack with people and no one had space to move in, so I was contented with standing at the front of the bus and see the scenery. I realized something was wrong. We were on the fast lane. Buses weren't supposed to be on the fast lane, I thought to myself. I glanced at the speed meter and saw it rise continuously to nearly a massive one-hundred kilometers per hour!

I was devastated, I wasn't supposed to die so fast I thought to myself. Just then, I heard an ear-piercing screech and remember being thrown of my feet, but held on to the railing. A woman let out a blood curdling scream and we reached a stop. We all got out of the bus on the road shoulder and were picked up by the next bus after 25 long minutes.

I got home and words started pouring out of my mouth like nobody's business. I was so petrified, I just sat there and stared blabbering nonsense about how I nearly died.

Well that was sure unusual. see you next time folks. I have homework waiting for me. I sure hope no one was hurt in that terrifying experience and wish you a marvelous day ahead. Bye!

A problem I encountered and how I solved or managed it

Hello friends and relatives, welcome to my humble blog where I hide from

society and ensconce in front of the computer... blogging. Today I met with an unforgettable problem, heres how it all began.

I received a short message service

(sms) on Friday night. Here is

what it said, "Parade

tomorrow, in full uniform.

Don't be late, officer Ren Fu ^

is officer in charge, so late ^

comers be prepared for epic ^

punishment by him if you are. ^

The parade order is on the ^

boy's brigade website. Please ^

remember to turn up. " ^

officer ren fu I think--^

I knew something would go wrong.Terribly wrong.From the very start,

I could feel it. Then the problem surfaced...

Caleb(my brother) :Dad I have a drama audition tomorrow at 8.30!

Father :Okay, I'll send you there in the morning.

Me : I have boy's brigade too,at 7.50.

Father :Okay I'll send both of you.Remember to wake me up in

the morning.

Me / Caleb :Okay!

This is where my problems start. As you all should know, my elder brother,

Caleb is literally late for perpetually everything. This made me worry, I

decided to wake up earlier than usual to make sure I wasn't late.I planned

everything to the dot, nothing could go wrong.

But as you all know, nothing is perfect in life and guess what, my brother was

so late, that I managed to convince my father to leave without him. Still

without him, we were still late as we had already waited for him for what

felt like an eternity.

When I reached school, I was already prepared for the epic scolding. my

friends were already lined up in " senang diri" position, so I queued up in

the late comers section and awaited my punishment. It felt like a coon's

age before it came. Then we,the late-comers, were called forth.

Our punishments were based on our ranks and the lower the rank, the

lower the punishment. Fortunately for me, I was only a private and thus

received a meager punishment of 20 push-ups.

This day has left me with an unforgettable moral, and that is

"Five minutes early never hurt anyone".

A special moment I enjoyed with my family.

Okay everyone yesterday was a very fun day, it was family day!Me and my wonderful family (on the right)------------->

went to my dinner. We had a blast at my aunts house. Well any ways, we played fun games like rummy-o(rummy cub) and mahjong. We also had a convivial and ate so much at it, that our stomachs were going to explode!

Later that day, we went shopping for groceries and passed by many alluring shops. One such shop was called "Benny's Magic". This intriguing shop contained many magic starter packs for kids. This one pack, "Babies edition" was just irresistible, as you all should know, I have a new baby sister, Abigail! Look at how adorable she is at just 2 months and 9 days old! -------------------->^

This photograph, managed to leak out of our family album and onto facebook.This lead to well over a hundred comments like, "abi-cadabra" and some sarcastic ones like "can she make you disappear?".

Anyways, after our sweet little shopping trip, we went home and it was loads of fun we watched a dvd, which we had recently bought called "shorts", and ate little snacks. l personally enjoyed the way the director scrambles up the movie and lets you piece the movie together yourself. Not to mention the scrumptious nuts and crackers we ate while gluing our eyes to the television.

Something that took place in school

Hello web surfers and gamers! Nice to know that you took your treasured time to come down here to read the fruits of my labor. You have been a great friend of mine ever since I've met you and now you help me by coming to my blog and reading? Thanks for your time!

Now, enough blabbering and on to the next story of the day,

I will call it, Mr Chia and me! Today some thing execrable

went wrong. It must have been my unlucky day or I had a bad

charm upon me, like a curse or something.Not only was I late

for school, I met " him" at almost every hour of the day

and it was when I was doing something iniquitous , or as he called it, ... bad.Now as you all know who, "him" is very much feared in my school and if you haven't picked up the clues and found out who he is, it is Mr. Chia.

This is my list of "bad" deeds...

1) Coming 2 measly minutes late for school.

2)Talking a smidgen more than allowed at assembly.

3)Being boisterous in between lessons.

4)Being dilatory in coming up for classes after recess.

5)For being castigated too many times in 1 day.

These so called "bad" deeds were all committed during curriculum hours, thus wasting valuable time instead of studying.

So my bad-break comes to an end wnen I come home and take a shower. Today I have earned 6 hours of detention and many shouts. I am in Mr. Chia's bad books and I can never get out...

A moment I spent alone doing something I enjoyed.

Today I spent an entire hour by myself doing something i really love... cooking! This was the very first time this year that I actually got to cook my own meal. The exhilaration and anticipation of the overall result of your cooking is mind-numbing! Not to mention all the anomalous feeling of a new dish you just whipped up.

I was cooking my own lunch today, not because it was a special day, but because my Mom went out shopping. This left me at home with no mom, no dad and no brothers! This was the best opportunity for me to test out my culinary skills.

The flame sparked to life and the water boiled a baleful temperature of 100 degrees Celsius. Down went the salt and the water furiously bubbled in reply. My dry organic spaghetti turned limp as I turned the heat up and added other ingredients to my mixture of mouthwatering spaghetti. After draining of the water and adding the sauce together with the other heavenly ingredients and the final touches, I stood there admiring my master piece. This sporadic occasion has left me with a scrumptious and alluring meal at my disposal. I gave in to the immense temptation and sat down to enjoy my exquisite lunch.

After slurping up the last strand of my delectable spaghetti, the door opened commodiously for my father to walk through. He started sniff around the house and then strolled into the kitchen, with a sprightly smile that ever so gently touched his ears and his pleading doggy eyes, he started licking the remaining contents of spaghetti in the pot with his fingers and smiled a satisfied grin.

Now my father is literally begging for more at dinner tonight and the recipe I got from a cooking lesson on youtube. Of all the fun of cooking, the most fun part is seeing the appeased look on the faces of the people you cook for and watching them crawl back for more.
